Information entered into tools
The radio-code filter, application checklist, and stop reference process interactions in your browser. Their current implementation does not submit your answers to an All Police Guide form backend or save them in browser storage. This does not mean that visiting the website produces no network or service records.
Station finder and location
The station finder asks for browser location permission only when you select the location button. If you continue to the map, coordinates are included in the Google Maps URL. A city or ZIP search sends your entered search to Google Maps when you open the result. You can decline location permission and use a city instead.
Google receives information associated with your request and applies its own policies. Review Google's privacy policy. All Police Guide does not store these coordinates or searches in an application database.
Website delivery and external fonts
The website uses hosting and Cloudflare delivery services. Requests can expose technical information such as IP address, requested URL, time, and browser details to those providers and server logs for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser contacts Google's font servers, which receive request information including your IP address. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Email you send us
If you email us, your email address, message, and any attachments are processed through email services so we can handle the request. Keep sensitive personal documents out of messages. Correspondence may be retained while needed to handle the inquiry, document a correction, or meet applicable obligations. You may ask us about access or deletion using the contact address above.
Cookies, analytics, and advertising
The current site application does not include an analytics tracker or Google AdSense advertising code. Hosting or security providers may use their own technical mechanisms. Third-party sites you choose to visit, including Google Maps, have separate cookie and data practices.
Before advertising or additional analytics is introduced, this policy and any required consent controls must be updated to reflect the services actually used. This page does not imply that an advertising consent system is already active.
Your choices
You can deny location access, avoid opening external maps, manage cookies through your browser, and contact us with privacy questions. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights concerning access, correction, deletion, or objection to processing. Describe your request without including unnecessary sensitive information.
Changes to this policy
When the website's data practices change, the policy should change with them. The date above identifies this version. External websites and services remain responsible for their own practices.
